With the integration of the global economy,China's economic development is also in transition,enterprises and organizations within and outside the environment has become increasingly complex and dynamic evolution.The organization will face increasing contradictions and conflicts,how to deal with and manage conflicts and conflicts,become the organization in the fierce competition in the invincible,sustainable development of the important ability,but also the modern organization and management research in the field of important issues,many scholars and Practitioners are increasingly using the paradox of the paradox to understand and explain the internal and external tension and conflict,the study of leadership in the complex dynamic environment for the survival and development of enterprises has become increasingly important.In this paper,the research object of the gray-scale philosophy management of Huawei company Ren Zhengfei is taken as the research object of the case,combined with the theoretical research literature about the leadership of the paradox at home and abroad,through careful selection of Ren Zhengfei's important speech,second-hand information and in-depth interviews with Huawei's senior management Personnel,the literature and the collected data qualitative analysis and process analysis,induction and extraction,found inside and outside the Huawei organization there are various types of contradictory tension,the management of these contradictions and tensions to promote the overall development of Huawei,is An innovative management.Paradox leadership is fully applied to organizational strategy,marketing,cultural construction,pay incentives,R&D and distribution of benefits.This paper analyzes the management strategy of Huawei's gray management in contradiction and conflict,and puts the management strategy in the organization system to analyze the contradiction tension is the important system of the complex system.Components,when the leaders believe that the enterprise's resources and to use and manage the formation of management capabilities can make the enterprise strategy flexible and promote sustainable development.Finally,the research on the perspective of paradox leadership is made.
