In recent years,China's online retail market trading scale presents the explosive growth.Facing the increasingly serious problems of logistics distribution,the domestic B2C electric business enterprise platforms have proposed its own logistics distribution solutions,forming two main kinds of electric business enterprise logistics distribution model.One is third party logistics distribution mode which is represented by T-mall.Another is self-logistics distribution mode which is represented by JD mall.With the continuous growing of B2C electric business enterprise self-logistics system,it can not only meet the demand of self-run goods but also can provide logistics service for part of sellers settled in platform.Electric business enterprise terminal self-logistics distribution station provide delivery or pickup service for consumers(the buyer),the self-run mall and part of the sellers settled in platform.Logistics distribution customer satisfaction is one of important factors in measuring the distribution quality.When traditional electric business enterprise terminal distribution stations design delivery or pickup tasks,most of distribution stations don't take customer satisfaction into consideration.Some distribution stations which consider the customer satisfaction also ignored the different demands for logistics distribution between the buyers and sellers,and they evaluate the satisfaction by considering both buyers and sellers as same type customer.This dissertation divides customer satisfaction into buyer satisfaction and seller satisfaction according to the different demands of logistics distribution between the buyers and sellers,and design delivery or pickup tasks based on double-satisfaction,which is more accordance with the actual situation of enterprises,and can make a reference for enterprise managers in establishing distribution scheme for different customer groups.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the background of B2C self-logistics electric business enterprise and the problem in terminal distribution,and analyzes the research results and theoretical basis of electric business logistics,customer satisfaction,VRP and so on.Secondly,this dissertation analyzes the management status of self-logistics electric business,makes the connection between the research object and problem clear,and proposes terminal distribution VRP solution based on double-satisfaction.At the same time,this dissertation builds the satisfaction function of buyers and sellers according to the different demands of logistics distribution between the buyers and sellers,and combining with the research achievements of scholars on customer satisfaction.Then,this dissertation puts buyers and sellers satisfaction functions into penalty functions,and builds vehicle routing problem model of electric business enterprise terminal self-logistics distribution based on the aim of minimizing the cost of transportation,vehicle start-up,penalty.Finally,this dissertation carries the actual data of J enterprise into the model,solves this model by the genetic algorithm and verifies the effectiveness of the scheme through comparing with traditional VRP scheme.
