Research Of Different Income Sources And Uncertainty On Shanxi Farmers' Consumption

Now,with China's economic growth rate gradually slowing down,exports and investment,the role of promoting economic growth have declined,but consumption as the basis for economic growth,is more and more becoming the main driving force of economic growth in recent years.In 1992,with the establishment of our socialist market economic system,China entered the transitional economy period,and the uncertainty became more and more prominent,which profoundly affected the consumption of our residents.Shanxi Province is a slow economic development in central China provinces,in the context of the transition economy,which making the Shanxi residents face great uncertainty,affecting the consumption of Shanxi residents,restricting the further development of Shanxi economy.In view of this,this paper,based on the western consumption theory,combined with the actual situation of rural residents in Shanxi,further explore the impact of the different income sources and uncertainty on the consumption of rural residents in Shanxi Province and put forward some policy suggestions,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the formulation of consumption policy in Shanxi Province.Based on the data of income and consumption of rural residents in Shanxi Province from 1992 to 2013,this paper divides the income sources into four categories according to the statistical yearbook.Based on the relevant research of the existing scholars,the adjustment of the deviation is used to measure the uncertainty of different income sources.This paper analyzes the different income sources and uncertainty on Shanxi Farmers' Consumption,based on the persistence income hypothesis and the precautionary savings theory.Finally,drawing conclusions and putting forward relevant policy suggestion.This paper analyzes the impact of the uncertainty on the consumption of rural residents from different sources in Shanxi Province.It is found that,wage income and transfer income significantly affected the consumption of rural residents in Shanxi,and wage income on the consumption of rural residents in Shanxi play a greater rolethan the transfer income.Moreover,the uncertainty of wage income and the uncertainty of transfer income both have a significant negative impact on the consumption of rural residents in Shanxi.In order to solve the problem,the government should do a certain degree of protection of migrant workers to promote the stability of rural residents wage income;increase the preferential policies for sustainable and lasting to promote Shanxi rural residents transfer income Continued steady increase.In addition,for rural residents,the proportion of household income accounted for income is still large,it should also actively promote the development of modern agriculture in rural areas of Shanxi,and the government should do a good job of agricultural market risk prevention work to promote rural residents crop income.At the same time,to further improve the rural financial investment mechanism to promote rural residents property income income in Shanxi.
