| Modern agriculture demonstration garden is now a rapidly developing agricultural industry which combines the leisure and touristy functions of modern agriculture and eco-tourism;It is also a comprehensive innovative product including agriculture,technological science,educational science,experience and promotion.This study mainly discusses the planning and construction of modern agricultural park from a perspective of compound agriculture base on industry and tourism,and tries to improve the benefit of modern agriculture demonstration garden;On the basis of modern agriculture,this paper explores how to integrate and develop modern agriculture tourism and agricultural industry better,in order to provide theoretical support and reference frame for the construction of modern agriculture demonstration park in next few years.This planning research bases on the actual project-Shaanxi Province,Hu County,Yu Chan modern agriculture demonstration park.The results are as follows:Firstly,the data shows that the geographical location of Hu County's modern agricultural demonstration garden is good,and its climate is suitable,but the agricultural production is still very outdate,infrastructure is imperfect,technological science in the actual production accounted is inefficiency,low productive rate and single income way of famers cause people ignore basic humanistic care,the village and landscape is disordered,for example,the functional partition is mixed and complicated,the scene color is single and the landscape softening effect is less prominent.Secondly,for the aspect of theory,in order to achieve the goal of "harmonious Yu Chan and green pastoral",after positioning parts of functions and planning the design of modern agriculture demonstration garden of Yu Chan,Hu County,finally offer a proposal that would combine the industry and tourism and enhance the benefits of the park: We should adhere to the principle of sustainable development,overall planning,market-oriented,ecological standards,three-dimensional development,science and technology support,mechanism innovation and cultural connotation.Thirdly,for the aspect of technique,the analysis of the modern agriculture demonstration garden of Yu Chan,Hu County,which is based on the combination of agricultural production and tourism,puts forward a project: Firstly,optimize the traditional backward agricultural method and outdated production management mode,and establish a substantial processing system which can increase value-added of agricultural;build a model of large data with the Internet new sales,develop a new sales channel;improve the scientific saving and transportation system.In order to combine refined farming industry,aquaculture,agricultural products processing industry,agricultural logistics industry,electricity sales and other scientific convergence into a complete industrial chain;Secondly,tourism planning,mining project area of historical and cultural resources,and promoting farming culture can provide an ideal place rural and modern agricultural tourism and experience for the urban residents,with the goal and slogan " harmonious Yu Chan and green pastoral ",we can constitute a city-suburban-rural-field space recreational system,establish a " Sitting to visiting,walking to travelling,fruit could be tasting,houses could be living " a complex eco-agricultural system.Relying on the unique geographical location,environmental climate and humanistic advantages of Yu Chan Town in Hu County.considering the actual available resources,environment and agricultural development status and objectives of the project area,according to the final development orientation of project planning,“A new village,two centers,two big farmhouse and five district eight garden "overall planning pattern will be established,and will describe the new construction,management and operation of the town of Yu Chan modern agriculture demonstration park from the organization and management,operation mode and security mechanism. |
