The Research On The General Planning Of Modern Agriculture Demonstration Garden In Henan Caomiaoji Country

In order to promote the implementation of the national "rural revitalization"strategies,accelerating the construction of modern agricultural demonstration gardens has become an inevitable road to enhance agricultural innovation and development,an intermediate station for industrial transformation and upgrading,and an experimental field for scientific and technological achievements.The modern agriculture demonstration garden can promote the development of the agricultural industry in a point-and-click manner and play a leading role in guiding agricultural high-tech.But the agricultural construction land in China presently accounts for less than 2%of the agricultural land.The agricultural demonstration garden serves as the main responsibility for promoting the development of modern agriculture in China.But the function is not clear,and the comprehensive benefits need to be improved.Taking the CaoMiaoji Country modern agricultural demonstration garden as the research object,this dissertation investigates and analyzes the location conditions,ecological environment,social culture and other aspects in the demonstration garden.According to modern agriculture,ecological agriculture,regional economic planning and systems engineering,the combined evaluation method of subjective and objective methods is applied to analyze and evaluate the projects in the demonstration garden.By means of the weight value of the AHP method,the relevant indicators are quantified and the overall model garden is optimally arranged.The main findings are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the status resources and nature of the land in the demonstration garden,this dissertation establishes the cultivation and processing of kiwifruit and grapes as the leader,and features under-forest breeding,combined artificial wetlands,biogas and other technologies,takes circular agriculture,creative agriculture and experiencing agriculture as the development methods,and takes the rural agricultural tourism as the traction.Explore the overall planning of the modern agricultural demonstration garden,ameliorate rural production and living conditions,improve the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and promote the quality of the demonstration garden.(2)Combining the actual needs of the demonstration garden planning,the traditional three major industries are subdivided into nine major industries,such as plantation,animal husbandry,forestry,fishery,processing and manufacturing,electricity,gas and water production and supply,commerce,transportation,and tourism and so on.Then,an evaluation index system are established based on the importance of the planning of various industrial projects.The users of the demonstration garden are surveyed by the Likert scale questionnaire,and the results of the evaluations of the three villages in the demonstration park are 3.6668 in Lvgang village,3.7037 in Zhangfang village,and 3.7070 in Tangdui village.A well comprehensive evaluation on the demonstration garden is obtained according to the small difference results among the villages,among which the evaluation of planting,animal husbandry,commerce and tourism is the best.It is of great significance to guide the industrial planning layout of the demonstration garden.(3)According to the comprehensive evaluation of the experts’evaluation index system of various industrial projects in the garden,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of each project in the garden,and a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is carried out,and the overall evaluation of the demonstration garden is established.The score is VA= 3.5790,and the rating is better.The evaluation results of planting,animal husbandry and commerce in the industry are better.The comprehensive evaluation values are planting VB,=3.7943,animal husbandry VB2=3.5164,commercial VB3=3.07855 forestry VB4=2.9543,fishery VB5=3.1265,processing and manufacturing.Industry VB6=3.3137,electric gas and water production and supply industry VB7=3.5004,transportation industry VB8=3.4658,tourism VB9=3.1969.The area occupied by the planned project can be determined according to the project weight value,function,and other factors.and the overall layout is optimized under the limited resources of the demonstration garden.(4)According to the purpose and application of the demonstration garden and the conclusions of the comprehensive analysis,we divides the demonstration garden into four parts,which includes an efficient agricultural production zone,a circular agricultural demonstration zone,a creative agriculture demonstration zone and a farming experience demonstration zone.Then,the specific construction contents of the four functional divisions are proposed,and special plans for roads,landscape greening projects,water supply and drainage projects and tourism are carried out.
