Study On Multiple Growth Poles And The Coordinated Development Of Shaanxi Province 's Regional Economy

The coordinated development of regional economy is an important goal in the practice of regional economic development and an important object of regional economic development theory research.From the historical development of the region,the unbalanced growth of the regional economy is a normal and a basic mode of economic growth,and the unbalanced growth of the regional economy will inevitably bring about regional imbalances and regional widening of the gap,Which leads to the imbalance of economic and social structure and the intensification of contradictions,which is not conducive to the long-term stable development of economy and the harmony and harmony of society.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coordinated development of regional economy.Shaanxi Province,northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi three regions,Shaanxi Province,11 cities between the location conditions vary widely,as a regional economic unbalanced development theory,the theory of growth pole can not solve the problem of coordinated development between regions with large regional differences.This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of regional coordinated development by principal component analysis,analyzes and calculates the level of regional uncoordinated development in Shaanxi Province.On this basis,this paper puts forward the theory of multi-growth pole to coordinate the regional economic development of Shaanxi,that is,in Shaanxi province Establish and cultivate multiple growth pole to promote regional coordinated development in ShaanxiProvince.In northern Shaanxi,Yulin and Yan'an established two growth to drive the development of northern Shaanxi,in the Guanzhong region to establish a main growth in Xi'an,and Yangling,Xianyang,Baoji as the secondary growth poles of the growth poles group to drive and coordinate Guanzhong region development,in southern Shaanxi region to establish an ankang growth pole of the development pattern to promote the coordinated development of southern Shaanxi.By analyzing the relationship between multi-growth pole and regional coordinated development?analyzing the effects of multipolar polarization and diffusion on the regional economy,it is proposed to establish the regional economic development pattern of Shaanxi Province through the cultivation and development of multi-growth pole,to Promote regional coordinated development in Shaanxi Province.The research contents of this paper mainly include four aspects: The first one is the polarization effect of the growth pole and the influence mechanism of the diffusion effect on the regional economy;The second one is the analysis of the status quo of the regional economy in Shaanxi Province,and analyzes the characteristics and current situation of economic development from the three regional dimensions of northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong,southern Shaanxi and 11 cities of Shaanxi province.Thirdly,the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional coordinated development is established,and the comprehensive evaluation model of regional coordinated development is constructed.The coordinated development level of 11 cities in Shaanxi Province is analyzed and calculated through the 19 indicators of economy,society and environment system,The conclusion is the 11 cities of the coordinated development level of scoring and ranking;Fourthly the paper analyzes the relationship between the multi-growth pole and the coordinated development of Shaanxi region,analyzes the impact of the multi-growth pole on the coordinated development of the region,puts forward the multi-growth strategy to guide the regional economic development pattern of Shaanxi Province,and make suggestions to Shaanxi regional coordination under the guidance of the multi-growth strategy.
