In order to meet the requirements of fast changeable market with high uncertainty,all firms in China should realize the importance of encouraging every employee to be creative enough.Based on practical experience,the employee may or may not feel proud of the organization which he/she belongs to.Generally,if the employee feel proud of the organization,he/she tends to work much harder,creates more value and makes more efforts to be creative.Is that true?In this paper,we tend to empirically analyze the relationship among emotional organizational pride,attitudinal organizational pride and employee creativity,along with corporate reputation perceived by internal employees.We got the first-hand data from the questionnaire,and use software including AMOS22.0 and SPSS22.0 to analyze them,including descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,etc.Through the methods mentioned above,this paper will validate six hypotheses,including how emotional organizational pride affects employee creativity,how attitudinal organizational pride affects employee creativity,how emotional organizational pride affects attitudinal organizational pride,etc.Here are some new findings we got.First,both emotional organizational pride and attitudinal organizational pride have a positive effect on employee creativity.Second,emotional organizational pride has a positive effect on attitudinal organizational pride.Third,attitudinal organizational pride,as a mediator,explains the effect of emotional organizational pride on employee creativity.Forth,corporate reputation perceived by internal employees,as a moderator,explains the effect of emotional organizational pride on employee creativity,and also explains the effect of attitudinal organizational pride on employee creativity.
