A Study On The Mode Of Land Tenancy In The Tang Dynasty On The Erspective Of Land Institution Evolution

At present,our country is a small-scale production under the household contract responsibility system.The contradiction between mechanized large-scale production and small-scale operation becomes a major obstacle to the restriction of agricultural modernization.How to achieve the scale management of agriculture under the scope of system of collective owned and family contracted has become the focus of attention。This article mainly studies the mode of land tenancy how to development under the background of land system changed which "equalization land system" into "no land system"in the tang dynasty.This article first introduces the evolution of the land system and the change of land tenancy under the background of the evolution of the land system in the Tang Dynasty.Second,this article researches the main body how to choose and practice the mode of land tenancy.The research shows weakened centralization,unbalanced land-labor resources and the development of commodity economy promote the development of the mode of land tenancy.The country gives up the management of land trading and land merger in order to gain the material basis for maintaining political influence,so that the way of configuration land elements ’and labor force elements by means of political power had collapsed and provide the institutional guarantee to the development of the mode of land tenancy.The landlord gets a lot of agricultural labor force by selecting the tenancy model in order to increase the efficiency of agricultural labor productivity and get a lot of wealth.the tenant choose to work for the landlord in order to get source of life in the face of heavy national tax pressure and improves labor productivity continuously in the competition and promote the development of agricultural economy.The choice and practices of the main body consolidate and maintain the operation of tenancy pattern in the Tang dynasty which lay a foundation for the development of song dynasty.This article provides ideas for the present China to achieve agricultural modernization and land scale management through the study of the development of land tenancy model in the Tang Dynasty.
