Research On Independent Innovation Of Private Enterprises In Yanbian Under The New Economic Normal

Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced thirty years of rapid economic development.However,the law of economic development shows that no economy can maintain sustainable and rapid development.Chinese traditional economic mode which is uncoordinated,unbalanced and extensive no longer supports the rapid economic development.Therefore,Chinese economy has entered the stage of rapid development from the past period to current normal state.The private enterprise is important to our country's economic power.It plays the crucial role in promoting employment,growth and innovation.However,under the normal economic state,private enterprise confronts "winter" state.The export demand dramatically has reduced,the demographic dividend has subsided,the cost of production constantly has risen and the profit of enterprise been compressed.Meanwhile,that situation also brings about the opportunity of developments,which requires private enterprises adhere to independent innovation and adapt into the new changes from the anew normal state.Under the new economic situation,economy in Yanbian area develops slowly and private enterprises faces with enormous challenges.So the independent innovation has become the only choice for them to develop.The individual enterprise gradually usher to impose on the independent innovation and has gained the achievements,such as the breakthrough in several projects,the growth of patent applications,blooming developments of ethnic industries,frequent cooperation among enterprises and the addition of vitality to the development of Yanbian region.However,this is only a few innovation behaviors of enterprises.The private enterprise in Yanbian area of the independent innovation still exits low efficiency,serious homogenization and outdated business model problems etc.The reason is that the independent innovation system and mechanism innovation in Yanbian is not perfect.The enterprises are lack of innovation and the consciousness of enterprise is backward.Considering Yanbian as the less-developed area,the enterprises not only in the innovation ability but also in the capital and talent reservation have lots of shortages.Thus,it is impossible to blindly imitate the innovative modes and experience of developed regions.As the biggest Korean Chinese habitation,Yanbian owns unique folk culture and rich natural resources.Therefore,based on the promotion of innovation environment,enhancement of talent and cultivation,and the profits from Internet business,the processes are through the full excavation of Korean Chinese folk culture,addition of production's cultural values and creations of core competitions.Eventually it will realize the sustainable developments of Yanbian enterprises under normal state.
