With the development of modernization and urbanization,a large number of waste water,waste gas and solid waste discharged into the agricultural environment,exacerbated the extent of agricultural environmental pollution,global climate warming,ozone damage and a series of environmental problems endanger people' shealth,while has had a negative impact on the sustainable development of the agricultural economy.In the context of economic growth into a new normal,rural environmental issues have received more attention.With the increasing environmental pollution problem,the agricultural production environment conditions deteriorate,the development of agriculture can no longer be limited to how to save resources from the perspective of input to achieve maximum output,but also should take full account of the protection of agricultural environment and natural resources the capacity to achieve sustainable development of resource conservation,environmental protection and economic growth.Agriculture is the basis of our country's national economy.As a big agricultural country,the total amount of resources in China is large and the per capita share is small.How to solve the basic survival problem of 1.37 billion people is urgent to pay attention to food security.Corn is one of the major food crops in China and the main source of feed and other industries.It is of great significance to vigorously develop the planting industry,improve the technical efficiency,promote the steady and healthy development of agriculture and alleviate the food security.In this paper,the analysis of the technical efficiency of corn production in Jilin Province,in consideration of the factors affecting the efficiency of production technology,in addition to the use of traditional factors such as labor,agricultural machinery power,fertilizer application,per capita GDP,the focus is the efficiency of maize production technology was significantly higher than that of environmental factors,considering the environmental factors and the efficiency of production technology without consideration of environmental factors.The results showed that the efficiency of maize production was significantly higher than that of environmental factors.In addition,the factors that affect the efficiency of maize production technology are:total power of machinery and per capita GDP;environmental factors are:exhaust emissions during the production process,industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,industrial wastewater discharge,industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage in the chemical oxygen demand emissions.Next,to explore the main sources of environmental pollution are:electricity,heat production and supply industry,textile industry,chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing industry.Finally,based on the empirical results,four suggestions are put forward to formulate and improve the agricultural environmental pollution management policy,focus on technology promotion,effectively control environmental pollution and promote cross-regional cooperation and exchange.
