On The Policy Implementation Of Wind Power Industry In Inner Mongolia From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

With the economic development of energy demand continues to grow,as well as fossil energy brought about by the growing environmental problems,clean and renewable new energy development has gradually become hot.Wind power is a relatively mature technology,the most large-scale commercial development value of the new energy,in the energy structure occupies an increasingly important strategic position.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a unique advantage of wind energy,Wind power storage capacity,installed capacity are ranked first in the country.And actively promote the wind power industry is the autonomous region to achieve sustainable development of the practical choice.However,from the development of wind power industry in recent years,there are some problems such as overcapacity,weak technology and weak competitiveness.The imperfect policy system of wind power industry is an important constraint.By analyzing the current situation and current policy of the development of the regional wind power industry,it is found that there are some problems such as the development plan storage,the imperfect incentive policy,the imperfect laws and regulations and the unreasonable price system.These problems seriously restrict the healthy and orderly development of the wind power industry in the autonomous region.Based on the analysis of existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the policy of wind power industry in autonomous region.Respect the market objective law,better play the role of government,improve the financial and taxation system,improve the legal system,rationalize the wind power industry chain system,to achieve orderly and coordinated development,smooth communication channels,improve information sharing mechanism,increase R&D capital investment Autonomous innovation,rational distribution and coordination,improve the wind power industry planning,and actively introduce wind power personnel,improve the management level,strengthen the power grid construction planning,the establishment of communication and coordination mechanism.In summary,only the government to increase the incentive and support of the wind power industry,give full play to the policy "driving force" and "guidance" in order to promote the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region wind power industry healthy,stable and sustainable development.
