As a representative of the renewable energy wind power get the favour of society. Using wind power is still at the beginning in China. How to develop and manage will affect our energy supply structure and control environmental problems and economic sustainable development.Inner Mongolia which rich in wing energy, as a important strategic vector of promoting economic development and improve the ecological environment problems, which take the lead in green energy market competition. Because of lack of strategic guidance, wind development get into an awkward position of "fast but not strong, have electricity but harder than send out",in order to improve the situation, this thesis mainly from the perspective of sustainable development, to make wind power as an industry,firstly reviews domestic and overseas wind power industry development general situation.Secondly, analysis the external environment and internal environment particularly in Inner Mongolia wind power industry development, summarizes opportunities and threats hook on to strategic theme of external environment,and the advantages and disadvantages of industry itself, using common method of SWOT,formed the key factors mold that influence industry optimal strategic decisions by means of AHP,then propose that Inner Mongolia wind power industry should adopt torsion type strategy, and later improve Inner Mongolia wind power strategic target by means of analysing existed strategic target and making forecasts about installed capacity and wind capacity by utilizing regression analysis;At last,aiming at the existed weakness and threat, Inner Mongolia should put forward a line of guarantee measures,such as, improve wind power equipment manufacturing industry cultivate and develop pattern and construction intelligent grid and extreme high-voltage fence,perfect wind power price mechanism and so on,to make some contributions to Inner Mongolia wind power healthy development.
