A Study On Financing Channels Choice And Influence Factors Of Big Grain Production Households In Heilongjiang Province

Follow the pace of urbanization,accelerating the process of our agricultural modernization.The traditional agricultural production mode is facing a "who's going to land"and "how to farm".In order to adapt to the development of modern agriculture,change the traditional agricultural practices,in recent years,the central document of "number one"continue to focus on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,to protect the healthy development of agriculture,speed up the cultivation of new agricultural management main body.Heilongjiang province grain forage-livestock system of the highest agricultural province in China,following the national policy,in "sanjiang plain" and "nenjiang plain" comprehensive reform pilot area of modern agriculture,rural has emerged a large number of grain in the large family such a new type of agricultural management main body.According to yuki and other statistics,more than 6.67 hectares of the large grain at least 478400 units,of which more than 300000 households in heilongjiang province.The current stage,our country agricultural management main body is undergoing new changes,large grain has become the backbone of the construction of modern agriculture.But,at the same time in the expansion of the size and quantity,grain large capital requirements in the production of agriculture but also presented the new features,the choice of the financing channels and influence factors are different from traditional farmers,this is to further understand the financing needs of new type of agricultural management main body,and to improve its financing channels.This article through to farmers financing channel change course description,theoretical analysis,the factors which influence the choice behavior and on this basis,the major grain producing areas,the survey data of the large grain in heilongjiang province,using Probit binary choice model for quantitative analysis,to explore traditional agriculture in the process of transition to a new type of agriculture,the direction and size of each affecting factor.In order to help the government and rural financial institutions according to the factors influencing grain large channel choice and financing constraints are offered to rural financial policies,create a favorable condition for promoting agricultural modernization.
