Analysis Of The Influence Factors On The Development Of Grain Mechanization And The Innovation Of The Extension Mode

The primary task of agricultural development is to insure food security.The labor price of farming increasing year by year and the national grain purchase price reaching the limits,all make the grain production low profitable.This chain reaction not only seriously dampens the peasants 'enthusiasm for production but also brings the food security problem again.Developed countries' experiences show that mechanization is the essential way to reduce the cost and increase profit in food production.This paper tries to analyze recent documents and data about agricultural mechanization development from internal and international inorder to improve Zhejiang agriculture mechanization.With systemed analysis on the key influencing factors of Zhejiang's development from macroscopical and microcosmic aspect,it bring out some measures and proposals on how to accelerate agricultural mechanization in Zhejiang Province. The key point of this paper is followings:(1) Analyzing the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats in Zhejiang agricultural mechanization based on SWOT analysis theory and AHP step analysis theory from qualitative and quantitative view; proposing the SO strategy based on the calculation result which means taking full advantage of government support policy for mechanization and making the most use of existing conditions is the best way to accelerate agricultural mechanization in Zhejiang.(2)Analyzing the key influencing factors of agricultural mechanization development in Zhejiang Province based on the realistic status, using grey system theory and grey relational analysis from qualitative and quantitative point of view,drawing a conclusion that the major factors'degree size sequence influencing the total power of agricultural machinery is as follows: the socialization service organization of agricultural mechanization, the area of planting grain, the labour of food production,the net average income of farmers for the whole year and the subsidies of agricultural machinery.(3) Examining the rice farmers'characteristic and rice production situation in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing by questionnaires; analyzing the data using binary Logit model;drawing a conclusion that the present state of rice Planting Mechanization, the average national purchase price for rice and the age of farmers are the main factors influencing the rice planting mechanization willings.(4)Analyzing the difference between the farmers field school(or the FFS) and traditional method of popularizing new agricultural technology, presenting a way to establish the FFS of agricultral mechanization including:?drawinging development plans for FFS of agricultral mechanization, Intensifying the spreading of FFS,strengthening supervision and management.
