Under the background of China's electric power system reform,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal system for employees of A power supply bureau.Combining with the actual situation of A power supply bureau,it optimizes the performance appraisal system for employees of A Power Supply Bureau and puts forward several suggestions to improve it.It provides theoretical and methodological discussion for improving the efficiency of employees and achieving the vision of enterprises.Through the on-site questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper finds that the main problems in the performance appraisal of A power supply bureau employees are as follows:the appraisal index is not quantified,the power and responsibility of the appraisal organization are not clear,the appraisal results are not linked to salary,the performance appraisal methods need to be improved,and the communication and feedback mechanism is not in place.Therefore,according to the actual situation of A power supply bureau,this paper puts forward the following optimization design suggestions: defining the direction of enterprise development,providing system guarantee,providing organizational guarantee,strengthening the recognition of the importance of performance,clarifying post responsibilities,strengthening performance appraisal training,and improving performance feedback channels.From the perspective of performance appraisal,this paper explores the performance appraisal system of A Power Supply Bureau employees.The purpose is to further mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and to achieve a good atmosphere of "doing different things and doing more or less differently".For domestic power supply enterprises facing the same problems,this paper has a positive attitude on how to improve the staff's work efficiency and motivation level.The significance of reference and enlightenment.
