LMZ Company Development Strategy Research

The purpose of the enterprise's strategic management is to deal with the changing and increasingly competitive business managing environment,in order to maintain long-term survival and development,and then implement the overall plan of enterprise development direction.However,the domestic enterprises do not make full use of and make full understanding of the strategic managing importance these years.Because of the lack of strategic management consciousness and strategic management ability,the management decision-making errors in reality are all over the world,result in that the overall enterprise life is short which is most severe in the small and medium-sized enterprises of manufacturing industry.As the Chinese Hotel daily necessities capital,Yangzhou Hangji industry park has a large number of Hotel daily necessities enterprise,due to the influence of the domestic and abroad economic structure adjustment in recent years,the surviving enviroment of these enterprises in these years is more and more complex and competition is also increasingly fierce.LMZ company which is founded in Hangji industry park in 2004 is speicialized in Hotel daily necessities production and sales,although the development is relatively smooth till now,but also the same as other enterprise in this industry that constantly face some problems in the development process.So in this situation,it is necessary to urge enterprises to consider these issues from a strategic height.According to the enterprise strategy formulation process,this paper uses the normal technical methods and tools in strategic analysis to make comprehensive and systematic analysis of LMZ company which is belong to traditional Industrial Cluster.According to the analysis results and the current strategy of the enterprise,to make adjustment and the appropriate alternative strategy,and then from the near,medium and long-term phase to elaborate the implement way and implement time of the alternative strategy.This paper aims to use strategic management theory and methods in the development process of LMZ company to obtain or enhance the company's core competitiveness,in order to extend the life cycle of enterprises and achieve the goal of sustainable development.At the same time,it also provides a reference of strategic managing theory and application aspect for the large number of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises which make a significant contribution to China's economic growth and increasing employment and so on.
