Commercial concrete construction is one of the most basic materials,with some advantages such as high construction speed,high strength grade,liquid,etc.In recent years,with the acceleration of domestic urbanization,the infrastructure construction increased,as well as the national policy for the sake of ready-mixed concrete industry,so,concrete products industry in China has very broad prospects for development and the number of concrete to grow rapidly.It is in this environment of a whole,a large number of external capital inflows the concrete industry,but due to a lack of perfect strategic management system in the industry as well as industry disorderly competition,it is more complex for enterprises to face the competition environment.Thus the concrete enterprises must correctly grasp the market demand trend and competition situation,understand the competitor’s strategy on the basis of fully meet the customer demand.Basing on strategic management theory,participating actively into the competition.Seizing the opportunity to maintain and consolidate its own advantages,and find out new economic growth point to achieve sustainable development.Basing on strategic management theory,this paper analyzes the development environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats that W H concrete co.,LTD is faced,by using Macro-Environment(PEST),industry analysis(Porter’s Five Forces Model)and Strategic Match Analysis(SWOT Analysis).The development strategies are formulated according to the idea of playing advantages,overcoming disadvantages,using opportunities and defusing threats.Alternative development strategies of W H concrete co.,LTD are put forward through comprehensive analysis,the integration of factors that are refined after thinking,and the effects’combination of external conditions’ requirement and develop intrinsic motivation.According to the above analysis,it hopes that W H concrete co.,LTD can overcome the disadvantage through rectification,avoid clumps of disadvantage in the market and the enterprise operation,and can seize the opportunity to make a qualitative leap.Through technology research and efficient management,there is fundamental improvement in product quality and marketing service.Finally,it will bring positive impacts on resource conservation,environmental protection,increases of economic and social benefits.
