The Impact Of Human Capital On The Service Structure Of Industrial Structure In Shandong Province

Lucas argues that human capital is a key factor in the continued growth of the economy and the source of industrial development.Whether from the output ratio or employment proportion analysis,Shandong Province has the trend of industrial structure servitization.In the context of economic development "new normal" and "supply side reform" background,what kind of the impact of human capital on the industrial structure of Shandong Province? How to improve the level of human capital and the degree of industrial structure servitization in Shandong Province? These are the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shandong Province,who is facing urgent problems to be solved.Based on the literature review,this paper chooses the theoretical model,selects the Shandong Province data from 1996 to 2015,uses the empirical data verification and the least squares regression(OLS regression)method,and analyzes the influence of human capital to industrial structure servitization of Shandong province.So as to provide a reference and decision-making reference for the promotion of human capital level,supply efficiency and the level of industrial structure servitization in Shandong Province.The second chapter of this paper mainly combs the relevant references and evaluates the existing literatures,and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing literature research,and puts forward the research framework and main contents of this paper.The third chapter is based on Baumol's "unbalanced economic growth model",which incorporates the elements of human capital,and constructs two theoretical models,namely,the output-based fixed theoretical model and the output-based non-fixed theoretical model,provides a model basis for the empirical test.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influence of human capital on the industrial structure servitization of Shandong province.First of all,through the empirical data validation of Shandong Province,analyzing the status quo of human capital and industrial structure servitization.In the data validation,the output ratio is compared with the actual value and nominal value,respectively,the actual output and nominal output trends and changes in the relationship between human capital to verify the relationship between the trend.Then,the relationship between the change trend of the employment trend and the trend of the change of human capital,the change trend of the relative labor productivity of manufacturing industry and the trend of human capital change is verified.Finally,through the measurement test,empirical analysis of human capital services to the industrial structure is to promote the role or inhibition.Through the theoretical model analysis and empirical study,we find that human capital has a certain influence on the industrial structure servitization,both from employment and output.From the proportion of employment,human capital indirectly affects the change of industrial structure servitization()by influencing the change of relative labor productivity().Moreover,the faster the growth of human capital,the higher the relative labor productivity,while maintaining the tertiary industry and the secondary industry output ratio is stable,the tertiary industry and secondary industry employment ratio,that is,the industrial structure servitization degree()is enhanced.From the output ratio,that is,in the tertiary industry and the second industry output ratio changes in the case of human capital and tertiary industry added value and the second industry added value of the ratio of changes have similar trends,capital has a direct impact on the industrial structure servitization().The results of empirical test show that human capital has a positive effect on the industrial structure servitization in terms of output ratio and employment ratio.And,from a long or short term perspective,there is a stable equilibrium relationship.
