Since the opening revolution of china,the economy of china has made great progress.As the main part of the Chinese modern economy,the private enterprises played an important role not only in the international trade,but also in the international competition.However,the private enterprises are facing some restricts due to the area,resources and the market and etc.Therefore,studying the outward investment strategies of ChongQing's private enterprises is meaningful.In this background,the author analysis the private enterprise of ChongQing in detail from the outward direct investment through the literature and documentary method,comparative method and investigation method.The main researching contents are the current situation of the private enterprises,investment strategies,the influencing factors and the importance of each factors.And choosing two typical examples verifies the views of this paper.Finally,the author gives the suggestion about what the enterprises and the government should do in developing the outward direct investment.Through this research,following conclusions can be made: Chongqing's private enterprises should adopt positive investment strategies by combing themselves own strength.The main ways of investment should be greenfield investment and mergers and acquisitions.During the process of outward investment,the enterprises should focus on developing human resource,technology innovation and intellectual protection and etc.The government should provide huge support in administrative examination,overseas development guidance,enterprise financing platform,information and human training,foreign investment guidance,risk prevention mechanism,investment risk,investment regulation.
