With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of scientific productivity,the survival and development of the enterprise relies on talent competition and the establishment of enterprise culture and image rather than the exploitation of the laborers.In the complicated social environment and economic environment,strategic planning,organization structure design,system construction,personnel training,skills training of the enterprise must be unified and coordinated to achieve the enterprise development in case of external competition and internal competition.At the same time,the adaptability of the enterprise also directly affects its management effect and development prospect.Gray proposed the enterprise growth model that enterprise crisis in different growth phase is inevitable and similar.Compared with other companies,most of the growing and small businesses face with more crisis starting from the beginning of business.What's more,they often fall into a different degree of growth dilemma in the start-up period or after the rapid growth period.This paper chooses company A,a growing and small business,as the research object.Then the paper introduces the different stages of the enterprise life cycle.After that,the paper analyzes and summarizes the problems between the internal and external environment facing the present stage.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures for these problems and passes through the stage crisis to obtain countermeasures for further growth.Firstly,this paper summarizes the enterprise life cycle theory,McKinsey 7S model other related references at home and abroad.Based on the above,the paper discusses the origin and development of enterprise life cycle theory in detail.Secondly,Company A is a actually growing and small business.The paper describes the development of it and analyzes its internal and external environment to determine the characteristics of current stage and growth stage.Thirdly,on the basis of the deep analysis and research in the external and internal environment of Company A,the paper elaborates the problems in current stage and future stage.At the same time,according to the theory of enterprise life cycle,the Mckinsey 7S Model theory and the actual situation of Company A,the paper summarizes these problems and puts forward two ways to improve the problems,hardware(strategic objectives,organizational structure,system construction)and software(corporate culture,personnel encouragement,personnel training).Finally,improvement measures and corresponding strategies are proposed aimed at the collection of hardware and software questions,providing the theoretical guide for A company's sustainable development.The paper takes Company A as an example using a variety of methods to collect the data in view of the study of the previous references and through combination of theory and practice.Moreover,interviews and questionnaires are adopted to obtain multi-angle analysis of Company A and the problems faced by Company A.After that,practical solution and improvement is raised to help Company A to overcome the difficulties in the current stage and to provide a reference for the growth of similar companies.
