Study On The Quality Of The Entrepreneur And Its Assessment From The Respective Of Enterprise Life-cycle Theory

In the "New Normal" of China’s economic and society, the innovation and entrepreneurship will play an more important role in the economic and society. In fact, most entrepreneurs would meet with so much difficulty,challenge and failure. There must be thousands of reason for the failure during the entrepreneurship.But the flaws and inadequacies of entrepreneurs is likely the main factors. So, in the view of the life cycle of enterprise,this essay mainly discussed the growth of the entrepreneurs and the evaluation to the entrepreneurs. In hope of which it can help the entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial enterprises.Using the methods of theoretical research,empirical research, questionnaire survey and interview and discuss in the essay, in the view of the life cycle of enterprise, we studied the relations between the entrepreneurs quality and entrepreneurial dynamic process. Based on that, we created a requirement characteristic for the entrepreneurs abilities and the entrepreneurial process. we analyzed its internal logic deeply. Then we tried to create a system to comment on the entrepreneurs and tried to use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make assessments on the entrepreneurs. At last, we applied the system of assessments to comment on a number of entrepreneurs from A city, and pointed a way out for them.This paper argues that, in the different stages of the corporate life cycle, different tasks determine the different quality of entrepreneurs.In the stage of preparation, start-up, growth and maturity, entrepreneurs need the ability to identify business opportunities, access and integrate resources, build team, construct business network and innovate.And in the entrepreneurs quality construction, entrepreneurial skills, business experience mental quality and knowledge are essential for business success; resource integration, innovation and other entrepreneurial capacity are more important to entrepreneurial activity.The perspective of this article focus on entrepreneurs quality, it explores the static and dynamic requirements for the quality of the entrepreneur in the enterprise life cycle perspective, this reflects some new ideas in perspective and partial conclusions.
