With the national "13th Five-Year Plan" layout,China's economy has developed steadily,people's demand for energy and energy is also an orderly increase,but the uneven distribution of national energy structure,the eastern and western regions there is a large difference in power load,leading to the eastern and western regions Uneven investment in power grids,grid size difference is large,the western region power grid investment pressure.In recent years,large-scale development of photovoltaic energy as the representative of the new energy to develop,large-scale new energy grid operation on the operation of large power grid stability and security impact.However,micro-grid with its economic,environmental protection,to meet the needs of users diversified power quality requirements,to solve remote areas of power load demand,ease the pressure on large grid investment,give full play to the value and benefits of distributed power generation,can be used as a large main grid Of the useful complement to solve the large-scale power system of many potential problems,by the power industry more and more attention.In order to meet the national strategic requirements of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Alashan Zuoqi Erkhash Hashu Su wood construction of new energy micro-grid demonstration project to further accelerate the new energy micro-grid strategic investment layout.New energy micro-grid project,by virtue of its clean and stable,can effectively solve the advantages of remote areas of power supply needs,slowing the pressure on investment in the Erkha Hashaha region.However,due to the complexity of the new energy micro-grid project,it is difficult to realize the economic benefit evaluation and quantification of the new energy microgrid,which can not effectively quantify the benefits of the micro-grid to the users,the power sector and the society.In this paper,the micro-grid theory research and the new energy micro-grid engineering cost-effectiveness theory combing at the same time;Inner Mongolia Alashan Zuoqi Er Erhashha region new energy micro-grid investment environment for specific analysis,demonstrate the feasibility of the project implementation;Through the collection of research parameters for cost-effectiveness estimates,to quantify the project cost-effective investment;Finally,this paper puts forward the cost-benefit quantitative measurement model of the new energy microgrid project and the gray correlation degree comprehensive evaluation model based on TOPSIS.Through this method,the comprehensive evaluation of the new energy microgrid investment scheme in the Erkehashha region is carried out,It clarifies the cost estimation method of the new energy microgrid project and provides the basis for the project investment decision and the program election.
