| The scale development of DG(especially intermittent DG),bringing the traditional distribution network some problem such as voltage out of limit,bidirectional power flow,increasing operation uncertainty.The problems above threaten distribution network security,stability and economic operation.However,large scale DG access is still the major means to realize the sustainable development of the power grid,in the realization of collaborative management of the source network load conditions,can reduce the network loss and decrease the load rate,reduce carbon emissions and other benefits.The benefits are not limited to DG investors,also include distribution companies,power grid users and the community.Therefore,in order to stimulate DG investment to promote the development of DG,most countries set up incentive mechanism of DG investment,such as tariff subsidies,capacity subsidies,etc..The study of the benefits flow and effect of the multi agent DG subsidy mechanism is an important reference for setting up the subsidy policy.In this paper,we use the method of modeling and simulation to establish the DG and distribution network model which includes users,distribution companies,and other countries in the long-term framework,which is used to simulate and evaluate the long-term effect of DG subsidy mechanism.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research background and significance of this thesis and the current research status are described.Secondly,based on the analysis of discrete event system theory and system dynamics theory,the basic ideas and basic methods of DG and distribution network long term evolution modeling are determined.Modeling and simulation of DG and distribution network system are based on discrete event system;the theoretical model of system is described by the combination of system dynamics and distribution network power flow calculation;the event scheduling algorithm is used to build the simulation model,and the joint simulation platform of Grid LAB-D and Matlab will be used to implement the simulation.Thirdly,the long-term evolution model of distribution network and distributed generation(DG)is established.The model consists of 3 sub-models: DG investment capacity calculation model,DG access distribution network benefit calculation model,distribution network level DG subsidy method model.Finally,the accuracy and availability of the model established in this paper is validated through two simulation examples.One example of simulation is the analysis on the sensitivity of DG investment decision model,which verifies the correctness of the model;the other example is the simulation of long-term effect on distribution brought by DG subsidy method established in this paper,which is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the method. |
