An Empirical Study On The Dimension Structure Of University Graduates' Entrepreneurship Intention

With the diversification of economic transformation and economic structure,independent entrepreneurship has become the inevitable choice for many college graduates,so study of the pioneering of university graduates has become a social issue.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of university graduates' entrepreneurial intention,this paper compares with the theory and practice of foreign entrepreneurship.Combining with the characteristics of college entrepreneurship education and training,trying to clarify the multidimensional elements of university graduates' intention,research and put forward author's own views.On the basis of reading a large number of references,this paper designed the questionnaire of entrepreneurial intention of university graduates,and used this as the investigation tool,and used the Likert five-point scale to collect the data for the survey method.According to the results of the survey,this paper try to establish the model of entrepreneurial intention dimension structure.The model divides the entrepreneurial intention into three dimensions: pioneering desirability,pioneering behavior inclination,pioneering feasibility.The school environment,entrepreneurial education,innovation requirement,responsibility,personal characteristics and Resource integration and other aspects are divided into the second dimensions.Based on the theory of statistics and econometrics,this paper analyzes the structure model of university graduates' entrepreneurial intention by factor analysis.From the empirical results,the reduction of twelve original indicators to five factors,and the selected five factors can be summarized as entrepreneurship education,responsibility,innovation needs,personal characteristics,social situation.It can be seen that the empirical results are in line with the dimension structure model of entrepreneurial intention constructed in this paper.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to cultivate university graduates' entrepreneurial intention,improve the comprehensive quality and entrepreneurial ability of university graduates,and aim at the aspects that need to be improved in the process of entrepreneurship education in our country.
