In recent years,the economy of country has developed rapidly.Talents,as an important resource for enterprises in the fierce market competition,are the basis for the development of enterprises.The ability to cultivate and use talents determines the core competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent.On the other hand,the flow of talent is a normal phenomenon in the market competition,but when the number of talent flows accumulates to a certain extent,a qualitative change will occur and talent will be lost.The brain drain has seriously hindered the development of the company,which not only increases the costs of company's employment and operating,but also affects the enthusiasm of employees,the stability of the company,and reduces satisfaction of customer.Therefore,attract and retain outstanding talents is a necessary condition for enterprises to survive and develop in market competition.This paper analyzes and studies the brain drain problem of HX Company in Chongqing by the method of literature review,case analysis,questionnaire and so on based on this background.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows: First,to obtain deficiencies of previous research results and the right direction,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the brain drain problem are been summarized.Secondly,Chongqing HX Company is selected as the case analysis object.The current situation of HX's human resources management is analyzed,and the personnel composition,compensation and benefit system and personnel loss of HX Company are discussed.Thirdly,the causes of HX's brain drain are investigated and analyzed in detail by the method of questionnaire from three aspects,which are external reason,internal reason and personal reason.The external factors mainly include the increase of rent brought by the location of Chongqing HX Company,the depressed industry,and the incomplete national and regional policies.Internal factors include unreasonable remuneration and welfare systems,unsound employee incentive mechanisms,a single form of talented person education and training,and lack of professional planning for talents.Personal factors mainly include both objective and subjective factors,among which subjective factors are the main reasons leading to brain drain.Finally,a series of strategies of talent retention are put forward according to the causes of the brain drain for HX Company,which is external reasons,internal reasons and personal reasons respectively.The strategies of talent retention based on external factors are that the government must increase policy support.The strategies of talent retention based on internal factors mainly include four aspects: the remuneration and welfare system of company must be improved,more effective incentive mechanism of talents must be established,the training system of company must be standardized,the career development plan of talents must be strengthen.Solutions of brain drain based on personal factors are that talented people must be introduced and retained in time,and a great corporate culture must be established.The research of this paper can be used as a reference for the future research on human resource management and brain drain.
