| Within the scope of this paper is to Hunan national public welfare forest and public welfare forest province as the research object,adopts the methods of mathematical statistics,the model of technology,it analyzes and researchs of different types of public welfare forest in Hunan province water conservation,carbon sequestration oxygen release,and conservation of soil,forest accumulation of nutrients,forest recreation value five indexes such as categories,adjust the water,soil,fertilizer,carbon and releasing oxygen,trees,forest recreation and other seven in accumulation of the nutrition evaluation index value.The specific research results are as follows:(1)In 2015,Hunan public welfare forest ecological benefit value of 507.432 billion yuan,including 20.152 billion yuan in water conservation value,accounting for 3.97%of the total value.Carbon sequestration oxygen the value 382.098 billion yuan,accounting for 75.30%of the total value.Soil conservation value 20.622 billion yuan,accounting for 4.06%of the total value.Accumulation of forest nutrient value 43.359 billion yuan,accounting for 8.55%of the total value.Forest recreation value 41.201 billion yuan,accounting for 8.12%of the total value.The main ecological public welfare forest benefit value for carbon sequestration oxygen release value,three-fourths of the total ecological value.(2)In 2015,the ecological benefits of different types of forest in Hunan were:394.257 billion yuan of Arbor forest,51.323 billion yuan of Bamboo forest,1.165 billion yuan of Open forest land,57.355 billion yuan of Timber forest,2.536 billion yuan of Forest land,380 million yuan of Non standing forest,396 million yuan of Suitable land for forest,20 million yuan of Nursery land.And the forest ecological benefit value area of different land types from high to low were:Bamboo forest>Arbor forest>Shrub land>Open forest land>Nursery land>Forest land>Non standing forest>Suitable land for forest.(3)In 2015,the ecological benefit value of the public welfare arbor forest which were in different age groups in HuNan were:52.951 billion Yuan of Young growth,14.0239 billion Yuan of Immature timber,9.5634 billion Yuan of Near mature stands,8.4547 billion Yuan of Mature forest,2.0886 billion Yuan of Overmature forest.And the ecological benefit value of Public welfare forest which was in different age group but in the same area from high to low were:Mature forest>Overmature forest>Near mature stands>Immature timber>Young growth.(4)In Hunan's Woodland,the different beneficial species' public welfare forests had different ecological benefits in 2015:the Chinese fir had 126.1 billion yuan,the mason pine had 84.924 billion yuan,the hardwood had 153.125 billion yuan,the Kashiwagi had 8.674 billion yuan,the foreign song had 14.358 billion yuan,the poplar had 4.812 billion yuan,the eucalyptus had 2.1 billion yuan,the Misugi had 0.164 billion yuan.The ecological benefits of the different beneficial species' public welfare forest with the same area descended order like:the eucalyptus>the poplar>the hardwood>the foreign song>the mason pine>the Chinese fir>the Misugi>the Kashiwagi.(5)In 2015,the public welfare forests' ecological benefits of Hunan's different levels of powers respectively were:the National public welfare forests had 411.694 billion yuan,the provincial public welfare forests had 95.738 billion yuan.The same area of different ecological niches' the National public welfare forests' ecological benefits descended order like:the National public welfare forests>the provincial public.(6)In 2015,the public welfare forests' ecological benefits of Hunan's different ecological niches' national public welfare forests respectively were:the sources of rivers had 12.591 billion yuan,both sides of rivers had 156.381 billion yuan,wetlands and reservoirs had 34.196 billion yuan,the National Nature Reserve and a World Natural Heritage Site had 61.298 billion yuan,the desertification and soil erosion-hit areas had 61.773 billion yuan,the defense woodland had 14.53 billion yuan,other areas had 70.925 billion yuan.The same area of different ecological niches' the National public welfare forests' ecological benefits descended order like:the National Nature Reserve and a World Natural Heritage Site>the defense woodland>the sources of rivers>wetlands and reservoirs>both sides of rivers>other areas>the desertification and soil erosion-hit areas.The different ecological niches' provincial public welfare forests' ecological benefits respectively were:the sources of rivers and both sides(including water canal water witch other important tributaries on both sides and so on)had 12.254 billion yuan,the Provincial Nature Reserve had 5.378 billion yuan,wetlands and reservoirs(including around one hundred million cubic meters of reservoir storage capacity 1-6,Wetland Park)had 4.731 billion yuan,the Forest park and National Forest Farm(including national forest parks,provincial forest parks,ecological state-owned forest)had 24.65 billion yuan,nearby areas of city(surrounding county,city group green heart area of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan)had 11.734 billion yuan,nearby highway(including highways,railways and other nearby)had 21.332 billion yuan,the other areas had 15.659 billion yuan.The different ecological niches' provincial public welfare forests' ecological benefits with the same area descended order like:the Provincial Nature Reserve>the Forest park and National Forest Farm>the sources of rivers and both sides>wetlands and reservoirs>nearby areas of city>nearby highway>the other areas.(7)In 2015,the different protection levels of national public welfare forests'ecological benefits in Hunan respectively were:A National public welfare forests had 59.792 billion yuan,Two National public welfare forests had 218.046 billion yuan,Three National public welfare forests had 133.856 billion yuan.the different protection levels of national public welfare forests' ecological benefits with same area descended order like:A National public welfare forests>Two National public>Three National public welfare forests.(8)In 2015,the different origin of public welfare forests' ecological benefits in Hunan respectively were:natural forest takes up 2494.46 billion yuan,planted forests takes up 2563.12 billion yuan,and other forests(including some public welfare forests which can not distinguish their source,such as non-forest land,suitable land for forest,nursery seedling and so on)account for 16.74 billion yuan.The value of benefits of homalographic areas of public welfare forests is from high to low:natural forest,planted forest,and others.(9)Hunan's different ownership of forest rights' public welfare forests' ecological benefits in 2015 respectively were:the state-owned had 57.363 billion yuan,community had 220.944 billion yuan,the individual(household contract)had 228.721 billion yuan,Large(rental and other circulation mode)had 0.504 billion yuan.The same area of different ownership of forest rights' public welfare forests'ecological benefits descended order like:Large>the
