The Research On Logistics Enterprise Standardization Management Path Base On DEMATEL/ISM

Logistics enterprise is a important carrier unit in logistics industry.It plays a important role in national's practice of logistics standardization,informationization,intellectualization and intensification.At present,Logistics enterprises in china is still in a grim situation with high cost,low efficiency,and poor customer service level.By improving the level of logistics enterprise standardization management and by accelerating the construction of scientific and efficient logistics enterprise standardization management system,which makes a realistic significance to enhance the market competitiveness in promoting the industry standardization and the development of logistics industry in china.This paper aims at optimizing the construction path of the standardization management system of logistics enterprises and evaluating the system.First of all,This paper expounded and evaluated the articles of logistics standardization and standardized management,logistics enterprise standardization management,the DEMATEL method and ISM theory;Related theory are summarized,so as to explain the significance of standardization of logistics management research.It is important microcosmic measure to promote enterprise management level and the development of the industry and national logistics standardization.Then,the article use the theory of value chain,supply chain management,system analysis,etc to switch angle to establish the system of logistics enterprise standardization management;Chapter3 analyzed the goal,the principle,and the design ideas of the system of the logistics enterprise standardization management system,and it proposed the innovative methods about how to construct concise and scientific standardization management system;Chapter4 made the studying and instruction about the model which focuses on integration innovation of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATLE)method and Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM),and it introduced the calculation process.Then the article explained the way about how comprehensive influence matrix is transformed to reachable matrix,and explained the advantage to establish standardized managenment system of logistics enterprises.Finally,the article used the gravels logistics standardization management system as a case to explain practicality of the method in the evaluation and structure optimization.The results show that the research method has achieved the goal of evaluating and optimizing the standardized management system of logistics enterprises.By analyzing the key function module of enterprise,the logistics enterprise can establish the scientific and specific standardized management system according to the steps of the structure optimization.At the same time,the methods and the research train of the thought can provide standardization management strategic advice for logistics enterprises,and it provides a new research perspective about how to construct and optimize the standard management system of logistics enterprises.
