Study On Standardization System Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Agricultural Products Under Logistics Management System

China is one of the most populous country and the important agricultural country in the world. Production and sales of meat and eggs, aquatic products ranked among the top global,respectively 25.13%, 17.98% and 42.85% of global output[1]. With the continuous improvement of people’s life quality and health consciousness, the demand for fresh agricultural products increases rapidly. In 2014, it is estimated that China’s food cold chain logistics potential totaled3.9 trillion yuan, up 15% from a year earlier, points in the category, in which the total production of vegetables is the largest, followed by aquatic products.At the same time, consumer demand for food safety is increasingly intense. As the fresh agricultural products are perishable, cold-chain logistics can effectively reduce the decay of fruits and vegetables circulation rate, reduce the consumption of logistics links. In recent years,the government has issued a series of policies, encourage the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics, various provinces and cities has made some achievements.At present, our country agricultural products cold chain logistics industry is still in exploring stage, we have not yet formed perfect cold chain logistics system. So firstly, this paper proposed the framework of cold chain logisitics standardization based on the analysis of current situation and problems of cold chain logistics standardization construction in China. Then,aiming at the problems in the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics in China,we put forward the suggestions and countermeasures. Finally, the article build the fresh agricultural products pricing model for electricity, which has been involved in fresh agricultural products for nearly two years.The first chapter, introduces the background, significance, research status at home and abroad, the main research contents and innovation points of this article, which is based on the agricultural products cold chain logistics under the logistics management system.The second chapter, introduces the connotation of the agricultural products cold chain logistics, the influence of logistics management system for agricultural products cold chain logistics, the construction situation of agricultural products cold chain logistics in China, and policies on encouraging agricultural cold chain logistics development, including national and local.The third chapter, summarizes the current situation of the standardization of agricultural products cold chain logistics according to different factors of logistics, build the framework of cold chain logisitics standardization system and put forward the suggestions for agriculturalproducts cold chain logistics.The fourth chapter, build a dynamic pricing model for E-commerce of fresh agricultural products, and a decision simulation was carried out.The last chapter, we summarize the whole thesis.
