Research On Evaluation Index System Of Domestic Logistics Parks

With the development of logistics in China, logistics parks have developed from several to more than 200, which have been running, or are being built, or are being planned. In many regions, logistics parks are supposed to drive the development of the logistics industry. However, only a few logistics parks have succeeded in operation, and the others can not attract enterprises for unreasonable planning, poor infrastructure level or disordered management. One of the reasons is lack of criterions about logistics parks. The logistics parks do not contribute to the strengthening of logistics convergency, the reduction of pressure from transit and environment, and the saving of land resource. All of these are what they should have done. This paper is expected of help the government to neaten the disordered market of logistics parks, by building the evaluation index system of logistics parks.In this paper, we prove the inevitability and feasibility of developing logistics in our country, through comparing our economic, social and geographic conditions. After that, we propose the standardization of logistics is one of the best ways to solve the problems we have and bring logistics parks to the right way. In this paper, four different index system are built, which are the cognizance of logistics parks, the classification of logistics parks, the auditing index system of logistics parks in planning, and the evaluation index system of logistics parks in running.AHP and Factor Analysis are introduced to compute the score of logistics parks evaluated. Each of the methods has merits and shortcomings. When we have different evaluation aims, we should choose different methods.
