The Study Of The Shrewd Shrinkage Of The Rural Industrial Land In South Jiangsu

It is of greater practical significance in the New Urbanization in China to adjust the rural industrial structure and improve the efficiency of industrial land in the economically developed areas.After experiencing rapid expansion and disorderly spread,the development of rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu is gradually becoming intensive.At present,affected by the "Three Concentrate Strategy","Three Goods Three Protections Strategy" and other land policy,the rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu is gradually shrinking.However,the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy in South of Jiangsu is restricted by the difficult exit of the rural industrial enterprises,the low land use efficiency and the slow adjustment of land use.Under the more and more constraint of land resources,that how to reduce the rural industrial land rationally and effectively is the key to the improvement of the rural industry and the living environment in South of Jiangsu.Therefore,it was focused that the smart contraction strategy on rural industrial land in the South of Jiangsu was studied.First of all,the rural industrial land,smart contraction and other related concepts were analyzed.The theoretical research and practice on rural industrial land development at home and abroad were combed.The smart contraction,industrial integration and other related theories were analyzed.Also,it was taken as the basic theoretical perspective in the reseach.Secondly,the factors affecting the development and evolution of rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu were summed up.Also,on the basis of these factors,the evolution process of rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu was analyzed.Combining the direction of the existing policy,the shrinking developmental trend of rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu was concluded.On the basis of the investigation of 7 villages as cases in Wujiang District of Suzhou as well as the literature review to obtain the status data of rural industrial land in three towns of Wuxi,the main existing problems in rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu were analyzed.According to these problems,the foreign smart contraction theories and industrial integration thought were introduced.The smart contraction concept applicable in rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu was constructed.The suggestions and countermeasures to accelerate the process of contraction of rural industrial land were put forward,including industrial soar and exit,industrial restructuring,the transform of the land use pattern,adjustment and optimization of the industrial land,etc.And it was supplemented by the smart contraction of industrial land in the village called Wentou of Suzhou,which was taken as an empirical reseach objective.To provide a newidea for the contraction,adjustment and optimization of rural industrial land in South of Jiangsu.To provide a theoretical basis and a basis of the policy for the transformation of the rural industry and land structure optimization in other areas.
