At present,the number of units of labor dispatch personnel is an indispensable guarantee force for the rapid development of a public institution,the quality of their work directly affects the work efficiency of institutions.However,the wages and benefits of labor dispatch personnel compared with the formal staff had a huge gap,which seriously affected the subjective initiative and efficiency of their work.Therefore,how to improve the pay system of the dispatched staff,mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of their work,strengthen their sense of belonging and loyalty becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This paper comprehensively understands and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of salary incentive mechanism of labor dispatch personnel in the Center for Hydrogeology and Environmental Geology Survey,China Geological Survey,which using literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview and data analysis,and making a further analysis and research.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the causes leading to the problem and provides an optimization proposal for the salary incentive mechanism of labor dispatch personnel.The main conclusion of the study is that the salary incentive mechanism of labor dispatch personnel in CHEGS cannot reflect the occupational characteristics of labor dispatch personnel,the difference between the salary of labor dispatch personnel and formal staff is big,the flexibility of labor dispatch personnel welfare system is poor,the content setting and examination procedure of performance appraisal are too simple,lack of effective communication,labor dispatch personnel cannot feel the respect and care and other serious problems.This study is proposed to reduce the pay gap between labor dispatch personnel and formal staff,which can be recommended to improve the salary welfare system and performance appraisal system.Through the establishment of effective communication channels to strengthen the respect and care of labor dispatch personnel and enhance their sense of belonging and loyalty,so as to make greater contributions for the development of CHEGS.
