Along with the development of economic globalization, the labor relation has experienced an atypical development trend, and the labor dispatching emerged at the right moment with rapid development and growth. However, the labor dispatching still needs to be further regulated by the laws, such as the problem of same work with different pay. With Hui X Labor Dispatching Co., Ltd. as research object, this paper aims to understand the current situation of its labor dispatching salary system so as to construct enterprise salary system.Firstly, the paper verified the correctness and significance of the topic direction by the current situation of labor dispatching development and salary system construction in China and abroad, domestic and overseas literature review, major problems of salary system to be solved urgently as well as main direction of industrial development. Secondly, with the main research content of salary system definition by the labor dispatching corporation, the paper stated the relevant theoretical basis of salary institutional structurAlong with the development of economic globalization, the labor relation has experienced an atypical development trend, and the labor dispatching emerged at the right moment with rapid development and growth. However, the labor dispatching still needs to be further regulated by the laws, such as the problem of same work with different pay. With Hui X Labor Dispatching Co., Ltd. as research object, this paper aims to understand the current situation of its labor dispatching salary system so as to construct enterprise salary system.The salary system condition of labor dispatching corporations in Karamay City was explained to analyze the development situation, salary institutional structure, cost and profit and inventive effects of Hui X Labor Dispatching Co., Ltd. as well as the current situations and main problems of Karamay labor dispatching companies. For the data collection and analysis aimed at labor dispatching companies in Karamay, quantitative and qualitative analysis method with case study method were adopted to state and analyze the current salary systems of labor dispatching corporations, and meanwhile their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. Finally, taking consideration of above problems as well as the practical requirement of labor dispatching cooperation on employment and the specificity of salary system of labor dispatching cooperation, main scheme of salary system structure for labor dispatching cooperation was designed in this paper.
