"The labor contract law of the people’s Republic of China" has established a new employment mode of labor dispatch. In recent years, the labor dispatch in the development of China’s fast, increasingly high degree of attention to it, the Xi’an city a company employees by labor dispatch personnel to reach as high as more than half. For Xi’an A company, how to effectively motivate labor dispatch has become an important topic, in particular, how to take effective measures to carry out the work of the late work of labor dispatch, which is a huge challenge facing the human resources department of A company.This paper based on the relevant theory and effective incentive policies, and from the actual situation of A company in Xi’an, the paper studied the specific situation and the current situation of the labor dispatch, in addition to the company’s employees in the development of the situation and so on. In the face of the above problems, A company carried out the study of incentive policies. The first step is to investigate the form of the questionnaire to the A company’s incentive system to carry out the basic survey, and according to the survey data to discuss the psychological situation of labor dispatch employees to understand the psychological situation, and find out and determine the factors that can improve their job satisfaction and the satisfaction of the enterprise, then will be able to understand the most of the employees in the heart of the most eager incentive. The second step, according to the current incentive system to carry out the necessary evaluation, find out the current incentive system in the desirable place and the existence of defects and deficiencies, and timely discussion can be solved. In the second part of this paper is to improve the current incentive mechanism and the new career planning, job system, salary treatment. The optimization and reform of the above four aspects are carried out.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the specific labor dispatch of A company, and to establish an effective and perfect incentive mechanism according to the present situation of labor dispatch, which will bring positive impact on the development of A company in Xi’an.
