With the constant increase of individual requirements of consumers,forcing enterprises gradually changes the mode of production from mass production to multi-variety and small-batch production.Multi-species small-batch production methods will inevitably increase the production costs of enterprises,which requires enterprises to find a reasonable way to reduce production costs,improve product quality and increase productivity.Cellular manufacturing system can satisfy the need of multiple-variety and small-batch production.In order to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also need to study how to reduce in the production costs of the unit manufacturing system and improve the business benefits.A large number of actual production research find that 30%-75% of operation costs in cellular manufacturing lie in material handling,which can be reduced through an efficient facility layout.Therefore,it is necessary to study the layout problem in cellular manufacturing system,so as to get a quick and efficient way of doing this.Cellular layout is an important part of the cellular manufacturing system.A reasonable facility layout can save produnction costs and improve production efficiency.This paper mainly study the linear layout problem and unidirectional loop layout problem.Based on the characteristics of the two layout,the corresponding mathematical model is established.Then combined with simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm to solve and optimize cellular layout.For Integrated cellular and facility layout design with linear shaped production.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of linear layout are analyzed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the layout and the complexity of the layout,a double-objective optimization model is constructed,which includes the material handling distance and the utilization rate of the facility area.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by the experimental simulation.For unidirectional loop layout problem.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional unidirectional loop layout,the traditional unidirectional loop layout is improved according to the actual situation of the workshop.Depending on the process path of the workpiece,the number of machines that are frequently used is increased.Then,Considering the relationship between machine specification and placement position,a facility layout model which aims at minimizing the material handling cost of the unit is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the layout model.Finally,the simulation results show that the modified unidirectional loop layout is more suitable for the workshop,which the process path of the workpiece contains the frequently used facilities,and the same machine can reduce the material handling cost.Linear layout and unidirectional loop layout are basic problems of unit layout.Reasonable layout forms can improve the efficiency of enterprises and reduce the cost of material handling,so that enterprises in the market competition to occupy a greater advantage.
