Research On Collaborative Performance Of Manufacturing Enterprises And Logistics Enterprises Based On System Dynamics

With the economic development into the new normal,China's manufacturing industry is facing the great pressure of transformation and upgrading,strengthening cooperation with logistics enterprises to reduce logistics costs as the third profit source has become an important way.Manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises only cooperate,in order to get more competitive in the market competition.We can see that the manufacturing and logistics industry have a problem of co-evolution.How to improve and solve,to optimize the synergy between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry,so that they can have a harmonious development becoming the key issues.In this paper,there is an information asymmetry between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises,it is difficult to obtain the entire distribution process data and other issues,to explore the mechanism of how to establish the multiple relation instead of the original simple principal-agent relationship and collaboration platform to solve,analyzed the main collaborative logistics service platform interests,then application of system dynamics method to construct the causality analysis and the influence of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises collaborative performance model,key factors using Vensim Dss software through simulation analysis of influence of collaborative performance,and design experiments.The results of the actual logistics information response speed is a key factor in manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises,it is necessary to establish a unified logistics Operational standards,technical standards for logistics,enhanced system flexibility and collaboration platform enables enterprises to access the entire process of logistics and distribution of data to make the right decisions,and can improve customer satisfaction.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the cooperation performance of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises.
