A Mechanism Study Of Collaborative Innovation For Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

The equipment manufacturing industry is a key part in manufacturing,offering production equipment for the industrial production enterprises,and it is the important foundation of industrial development.The equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is an important pillar industry in Heilongjiang province industrial system,its development has an important function for the economic development of Heilongjiang province.For manufacturing enterprises,technological innovation is a inevitable problem to face,and choosing what kind of approach to innovation is the key to solve the problem.Through collaborative innovation the enterprise can gain more advantage complementary resources,and improve utilization efficiency of resource and innovation.The collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province just belongs to the preliminary development,there are a lot of problems,and these problems restrict its function of collaborative innovation.This paper studies the mechanism of collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province,aims to build a perfect collaborative innovation mechanism,to promote the development of collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province.Equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is a miniature of the national equipment manufacturing industry,therefore,the study of collaborative innovation mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiang province will not only help improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province,at the same time can solve the problem of collaborative innovation mechanism for other provinces similar industry to provide the reference.In this paper,based on the analysis of the problems of collaborative innovation and characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province,constructing system dynamics model of collaborative innovation system of equipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiang province,analyzing the causation of system operation process,drawing the causality diagram and the flow diagram of the system,and the model equation is established.Then making a simulation analysis simulation analysis to aviation spacecraft and equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province,and the model is verified of validity.This paper proves that the perfect system mechanism is good for the achievement of system innovation,forecasts the development trend of the aviation spacecraft and equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province in the next few years.Finally,based on the analysis of causality diagram of the system model and the results of the simulation,build the collaborative innovation mechanism of innovation system,including dynamic mechanism,constructing mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
