Research On The Key Factors Of Real Estate Enterprise Strategic Transformation Based On Internet Environment

In recent years,internet enterprises development rapidly has changed many human lifestyles,permeated the traditional industry,and then promoted fusion development of the emerging and traditional industries,so the internet is the important driving force of economic transformation and industrial upgrading.Recently,macro economy and the real estate market remain weak.Many real estate enterprisers tried to develop new business direction using internet platform.Therefore,key factors of real estate enterprise strategic transformation under internet environment have important practical significance.In this thesis,the key factors were identified and then the interrelationships were also investigated.So this thesis will contributed to the development of real estate enterprisers and provide scientific basis.The 20 strategic transformation key factors of real estate enterprise were identified by the way of expert interview and reading literatures.The 110 effective questionnaire surveys were recovered from real estate staff.Statistical result shows that 7 key factors are the most important.The 7 key factors describe as follow: Macro economy steady development so as to promote the urbanization process,drive the housing demand;Set clear development strategy;The government focus on good policy to stimulate the property market;Good customer reputation;Top management values,knowledge and experience;Attaches great importance to the customer experience and the market demand changes;Acquisition of land/project.Furthermore,the 20 strategic transformation key factors of real estate enterprise can be divided into five groups: the traditional industry,industrial upgrading,external support and culture,the macro economy and the environment,the enterprise organization structure.Research work in this paper for real estate enterprises to carry out strategic planning provides a framework and direction of the management.
