The Discussion Of The Risk And Development Strategies Of The Equity-based Crowdfunding

With the rapid development of the Internet,the financial sector is also being integrated with the Internet constantly.New financial models have been created gradually.Crowdfunding,as the one of most fresh achievements of the financial innovation has become an important complement of the traditional financial market.It not only provides more flexible and convenient mode of financing for the micro enterprises,also provide a wider investment channel for investors.Equity-based crowdfunding,as the most important form of corwdfunding,has a certain influence to the Chinese economy,especially to the newly-established firm and micro enterprises.Equity-based crowdfunding has important sense to enrich the level of China's capital market.However,equity-based crowdfunding is still in the early stages of development.The mode of operation,and other major institutions of equity-based crowdfunding are mainly taken from the development experiences of foreign countries,but the reality in our country is different from other counties,the relevant legal and regulatory measures in our county need to be improved,the market also needs to be further standardized according to China's reality.So,it has a certain practical significance to discuss the application status of equity-based crowdfunding in China currently.In this thesis,base on the research of the related domestic and foreign literature,I have elaborated the positive influences for the micro enterprise,and the related theory,operation mechanism,and characteristics of equity-based crowdfunding.Combined the case of equity-based crowdfunding,I have explained the problems and risks of the equity-based crowdfunding development status in our country,and summarized the risks of the current regulatory policy,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the application of equity-based crowdfunding in our country.
