A Study Of Quality Management On Body Panel Mold Project

Mold is the basic equipment for industrial production;mold industry is a high-end equipment-intensive,high-tech-application intensive complex industry that occupies great capital and has great demand for technical talents.As an important product cacategory of car mold,car body panel mold has developed rapidly in recent years,and has become an important constituent part of forming car industry proprietary intellectual property rights.China has become a big country with great demand in car panel mold,and is also a big car panel mold manufacturing country,but still not a car panel mold manufacturing power.Although the domestic car panel mold manufacturing enterprise design and processing methods have increased,quality level of panel mold is still difficult to compete with that of the developed countries,this is concerned about not only the various domestic quality standards of mold base material and standard parts,but also about relative low quality management level of Chinese mold manufacturing enterprises.This leads to that fact that high domestic demand for large-scale precise panel mold products,still could not escape imports.We must recognize the current status,on the basis of constantly improving our R & D and manufacturing level,further improves management capabilities to enable China march forward from a big panel mold manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.In this thesis,the author first briefly describes the concepts of the quality,quality management,and project quality management;combined with the status of domestic car panel mold manufacturing enterprises,and discussed the necessity of bringing project management and project quality management concepts in panel mold manufacturing enterprises.Combined with the characteristics of the panel mold project,and made studies on quality management methods adapted to this field.By combining with the actual operation process of HOWO-A7 vehicle body panel mold project contracted by Shandong Little Duck Precise Machinery Co.,this thesis verified the applied effectiveness.This broadens management ideas for mold industry and equipment manufacturing industry,and provides experience and reference for improving quality management level.This thesis focuses on linking theory with practice,draws advanced experience from some excellent domestic and international panel mold manufacturing enterprises with regards to mold project quality management;at the same time,according to the Project Quality Management Must Respond to the Enterprise and Project Theory principle,this thesis combines the particularity universality of project quality management theory with particularity of each enterprise and respective projects,and provides useful reference for improving quality management capability in panel mold manufacturing field.
