| Since China access to the WTO on December 11,2001,the world famous automobile factory has been pouring into the Chinese big market.The total number of cars made in China is the same as the total number of cars made in the United States,Germany and Japan.The demand in the domestic are market continues to increase year by year.In particular,the core technological breakthroughs such as new energy vehicles,intelligent connected vehicles,autonomous driving breakthrough,parking assist,etc.The development of automotive electronic components is also gradually going abroad,driving the logical evolution of global automotive electronic components.The number of electronic components applied in car has developed from 600~700pcs for traditional fuel car to 3000 pcs in each intelligent car.The“looking east” of the global vehicle supply chain means that the automobile electronic components made in China will “go global”in a big way.With the rapid development of automation,intelligence and information technology in the industrial era.T company has been optimizing its production processes and automating its equipment in order to improve productivity,but its quality management system has not keep pace with the times,resulting in gaps in on-site production management.Such as unclear standards and personnel working on the basis of experience,resulting in unstable product quality,which has led to customer complaints.In order to ensure the competitiveness of T Company in the automotive electronic components industry,it is imperative to improve the standard of T Company’s quality management system.In this paper,we take T Automotive Electronic Components Company as the object of the research,and through an in-depth analysis and study of IATF16949 quality management standard.Through SIPOC model analyzes the root causes of customer external documents handling process,and re-optimize the process of customer external documents;Secondly,the fish-bone diagram is used to analyze the defects of equipment mold management,and then optimize mold management standards,define mold life control and define mold coding principles;Finally,for weakness of personnel quality awareness,make a comprehensive and systematic training courses,establish motivation system and quality culture construction as well.The main research methods used in this paper are a combination of literature research method,expert interview method and empirical study.By combining theory and practice,the problems are identified from internal and external audits,customer quality issue feedback and quality monthly reports.Using SIPOC model and fish-bone diagram to analyze root causes of quality management main problems.Through the research of T company’s quality management system,the problems and countermeasures have played a positive role in promoting the perfection of the company’s quality management system.The problems faced in the operation of the quality management system of T Company,the similar enterprises of the automotive supply chain maybe also troubled by the same problems.Through the study of this paper,I hope to provide some reference value to the allies of automotive electronic parts suppliers,and wish to play a small role in promoting the progress of quality management systems in the automotive industry. |
