With the rapid development of Chinese social economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the contradiction between people and land increasingly serious for the unprecedented increase in the demand for land resources. The extensive implementation of land consolidation does not only improve the land use structure, but also provide a solid foundation for increasing the land production rate. The effect of land use change on carbon cycle has the effect of "double-edged sword".Through the application of low-carbon technology,it can effectively optimize the land use structure, strengthen the carbon emission management, and provide strong force for the soil carbon fixation stand by.At present, the carbon revenue and expenditure of land consolidation is often neglected, and there is a lack of effective carbon emission measurement method and emission reduction measures. Therefore, this study chooses Land Remediation project for 3 villages in Zhaiying Township of Xingtang County,Land Remediation project for 10 villages in Dawu Township of Pingshan County,Land Remediation project for 19 villages in Qingtong village of Lingshou County in Taihang Mountains of Hebei Province The results show that the characteristics of carbon emissions before and after the land consolidation project are measured and analyzed from the aspects of land use change and land consolidation construction through remote sensing interpretation, field investigation and indoor testing.According to the results of the study,we can see that:(1)the change of carbon storage brought by land use change after consolidation is the increase of 450.512 t carbon storage in the project area after the land remediation in Xingtang Township. The carbon storage of the project area in Pingshan County has increased by 256.184 t.The carbon storage of the project area in Lingshou County has increased by 1704.346 t and the land use change has led to the effect of carbon sequestration after the project implementation.(2)The carbon sources of typical land consolidation projects include land leveling works, irrigation and drainage works, field road works, farmland protection and ecological environment protection projects.Total CO2 emissions of land remediation projects Energy consumption for Lingshou County up to 15619.264 t,followed by Pingshan County 4951.604 t,the least bit line Xingtang County 2516.716 t.The emission of cement is the largest in all kinds of materials, the CO2 emission of electricity is in the second place, and the CO2 emission of the diesel engine is the largest in the project. The land improvement project in Xingtang County is equivalent to the emission of 1808.868 t carbon;the Pingshan County is equivalent to the discharge of 4110.627 t carbon;Lingshou County is equivalent to the discharge of 12181.878 t carbon. All of them are shown as carbon source effect.
