| Along with the rapid development of our social economy and the speeding up of urbanization,the unprecedented demand for land resources has made the increasingly serious contradiction between human and land.Land consolidation has become the important measures to realize the dynamic balance of cultivated land,guarantee food security and balance urban and rural development.With the rapid development of land consolidation in China,the present situation that the land arrangement in China attaches great importance to the new area and ignores the cultivated land quality and landscape ecological construction has not been radically transformed.Land consolidation benefits evaluation is the precondition for the scientific evaluation of comprehensive benefit of land consolidation.How to build the theoretical framework and method of land consolidation comprehensive benefit evaluation system has important theoretical significance and practical significance to further establish the land consolidation benefits evaluation theory,improve the level of land consolidation benefits evaluation in our country and promote the implementation of the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" benefits.At present,most scholars of benefit evaluation of land consolidation projects focused on the single benefit evaluation in economic and social,little of landscape and ecological benefits.Landscape ecology is a cross subject of geography and ecology,derived from the study of land covers,and patches the landscape as the research object.The essence of the land consolidation is to change the distribution of landscape elements such as land patch and corridor of landscape characteristics cause the change of landscape structure and function,leading to the change of the type,structure and function of ecological system,therefore,the landscape pattern is the result of land use.In addition,the land itself is a complex system coupled by the land economic system,social system and ecological system in a certain area.From the perspective of system,with the application of system dynamics principle and on the analysis of the influence of land arrangement work of various economic,social and natural factors,this article constructs the system dynamics mode of regional land consolidation comprehensive benefit evaluation and scientifically plans guide of land arrangement work based on the certain landscape pattern and looks for harmony model of land consolidation to coordinate people,land and landscape ecological.This article takes Qing county in Hebei province as the research sample,in combination with the nature and social conditions,selects three aspects of benefit evaluation indicators of economic,social and landscape ecological to construct the model of regional land consolidation comprehensive benefit evaluation.The results show that land consolidation activities in the study area improve cultivated land quality and production and living conditions,at the same time,also improve the function of landscape ecology,and achieve certain benefits of economic,social and ecological.But at the same time of the implementation of new land,the land consolidation activities inevitably reduce the diversity of landscape,and have some negative impacts on biodiversity,etc.Therefore,we should plan and design with the consideration of the maintenance of landscape ecological function in the future work in order to achieve the unity of the three benefits of economic,social and landscape ecological. |
