By calculation protect economic social, districtthreebenefits in finishing before the scores were51.58,47.78,58.20, in the finishedscores were increased to88.20,84.26,85.56, the comprehensive benefit of scores from52.30to85.40before finishing,this shows that the overall implementation of the project.Is successful.
