Zhuzhou New Urbanization Comprehensive Evaluation And Advance Countermeasures Research

I use entropy value method to analyze the new urbanization of zhuzhou city,and create a comprehensive quality evaluation index system.The index system includes six dimensions(population,society,economy,science and technology innovation,urban and rural areas as a whole,save resources)and 22 indicators.I calculate nine counties of zhuzhou a type of integrated quality of new urbanization through the entropy value method in 2010-2015.I use three methods(time series analysis,spatial variance analysis,grey correlation analysis)to analyze the results.The results of the analysis it is concluded that problems in zhuzhou new urbanization construction.By time series analysis,the type of new urbanization of zhuzhou city comprehensive quality level fluctuated is larger,and even individual regions have been hovering at a lower quality level stage,studies have shown that the new urbanization construction of zhuzhou city of steam.I use Arcgis10.2 software space area classification display of natural fracture method,the nine counties of zhuzhou city was divided into five grades.They represent the new urbanization of zhuzhou city construction the highest levels of quality,high level,middle level and lower level,the lowest level.Studies have shown that new serious unbalanced urbanization space structure of zhuzhou city,and presents strong north south weak state.I analyze the new urbanization comprehensive quality factor by grey correlation analysis method.Studies have shown that they(per capita GDP,per capita investment in fixed assets,urban per capita disposable income and rural per capita disposable income and the second and third industry of GDP)affect the new urbanization comprehensive quality level.Research shows that the new urbanization of zhuzhou city main problems:(1)the new urbanization comprehensive level of zhuzhou city slow;(2)the new urbanization of zhuzhou city space development very unequal;(3)the zhuzhou city three counties in southern new propulsion of urbanization;(4)the new urbanization of zhuzhou city needs to improve systems and mechanisms.Zhuzhou city new urbanization countermeasures and Suggestions:(1)actively promote the reform of the new system and mechanism of urbanization;(2)remote from county city radiating and driving ability of ascension to the south;(3)establish a diversified sustainable new investment and financing system of urbanization;(4)clear function strengthen three counties in southern self-development ability.
