With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,the group of tour guides has been developing continuously,among which women occupy the vast majority.In an increasingly competitive industry today,female tour guides is facing more and more pressure,the pressure problem will affect the subjective well-being,which will affect the their work efficiency.Female tour guides work stress management is one of the main problems faced by travel agents,how to take measures to reduce the female tour guide work pressure,is worth studying problems of tourism enterprises.This paper summarizes the research status of job stress and subjective well-being at home and abroad,from the table,designed the working pressure and subjective well-being of the two scales,through pretesting,the scale which is changed,basically meet the requirements of this study.In this paper,work stress as independent variable,subjective well-being as dependent variable,to explore the current situation of work stress,subjective well-being and the influence mechanism of work stress on subjective well-being.A questionnaire survey was conducted on female tour guides in Hunan Province,and then the data were analyzed by SPSS software:(1)the work stress of female tour guides is composed of four dimensions:work itself,salary and promotion,organizational climate,work family conflict,and it has good reliability and validity;(2)the work pressure of female tour guides is at a moderate level,and the pressure of female guides mainly comes from the work itself and the work family conflict;(3)there is a significant difference in age among female guides,length of employment,but there is no significant difference in educational level,marriage,children and other children;(4)the subjective well-being of female guides is at the middle level;(5)the subjective well-being of female tour guides has significant differences in age,educational level,length of employment,but there is no significant difference in marriage,children and other variables.(6)there is a negative correlation between work stress and subjective well-being of female tour guides.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,From the point of view of pressure management,this paper puts forward countenneasures and suggestions for improving management of travel agency managers.
