As modem high-tech internet enterprises emerge one after another,these enterprises also face fierce external competition pressure and complicated internal environment.Under such circumstance,an enterprise is required to take applicable incentive systems in line with team culture and management status of the enterprise as well as the personalities of their staff,in particular new generation staff.In doing so,the enterprise will be able to enhance the employees' working enthusiasm,give play to their potential,and increase their satisfaction,so as enable the staff and the enterprise to make concerted efforts to achieve the common goals,thus promoting sound and long-term enterprise development.The cloud computing company mentioned in this paper is a typical enterprise engaging in internet cloud computing.It is representative among small and medium-sized enterprises.In line with the management status of human resources at this enterprise,the paper learned the problems of enterprise management through comprehensive communication with internal members of the department as well as in-depth communication with management of the company.Then the enterprise's incentive system was redesigned from the perspectives of human resource management,organizational behavior and managerial psychology.Traditional incentive systems were summarized,and a rough theory of incentive dimensionality was put forward based on researches on some excellent enterprises such as Haidilao Hot Pot and Pangdonglai Supermarket,etc.Analysis was carried out on the management status of the technical team of the cloud computing company based on this incentive theory,which showed that the technical team had the following management problems:those who worked more weren't paid more due to imperfect compensation system and absence of performance evaluation mechanism as a result of restrictions from poor rules and regulations.In order to solve the problems in the technical team,this paper put forward the following four design principles:the principle that man's nature is good at birth,the principle of combining material incentive and spiritual incentive,the principle of justice and equity,and the principle of common development of individuals and enterprise.The incentive system was designed by following the said four principles for design.Firstly,the compensation structure and performance evaluation system were redesigned based on materials.Secondly,the employees' working and living environments were improved to offer incentive of working environment,thus enabling employees to feel the warmth and care of the enterprise.Thirdly,more diversified benefits were offered by providing a more perfect promotion approach,thus offering spiritual incentive to employees.Fourthly,cultural incentive was offered by building a learning organization in accordance with the features of technical team,so that employees could learn new skills and improve themselves constantly,thus realizing common development of individuals and the enterprise.The significance of this paper is the research on the incentive system of technical team of a high-tech internet enterprise.Currently,most of such enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises which may face the problems similar to those faced by the enterprise in this paper,hoping that this paper can offer some reference for such enterprises to design incentive systems for technical teams.
