The talented people are very important for the enterprises.The managers of the enterprises must think about how to attract and retain talented people for the development of enterprise.Guangzhou Teleader Co.LTD was founded in 2013,providing the information service for the telecommunication industry.But,it seems there are some problems.People are not satisfied the salary that they have nowadays.This paper is based on the professional and technical personnel in Guangzhou Teleader Co.LTD as main part,by investigating and analyzing the current salary system,to find out where the problems are.Eventually,we try to find out a solution to better off both sides.This paper consists of four parts: Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and meaning,the literature summarize and the theoretical basis,Such as The theory of compensation,Broadband salary,Salary system design,Professional technical personnel.Secondly,based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the professional and technical personnel salary of Guangzhou Teleader Co.LTD.,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the salary management of the professional and technical personnel Guangzhou Teleader Co.LTD.Such as,the defects of salary management system,the inefficiency of the employee,the loss of the employee and the difficulty of the recruitment.According to the analysis,the main cause of those problems is the old management idea and the defects of the salary system.Thirdly,this part is aimed at the salary problems and reasons of the Guangzhou Teleader Co.LTD.It redesigns the professional technical personnel salary management program.The new salary management program includes three parts,including the theoretical basis and principles of compensation design,professional and technical personnel post value evaluation,based on the same industry market salary survey of the company's professional and technical personnel pay level design.And the execution of the professional technical personnel salary scheme.Lastly,it introduces the new salary management program and the insurance of the execution for the new program.
