Research On Technological Innovation Driving Economic Growth In Henan Province

In the context of the new economic norm,technological innovation plays a more important role in promoting economic development.The level of technological innovation in the regional economy also determines the economic development of a given region to a certain extent,Which makes the contribution rate of technological innovation to become a key factor to measure the quality of regional economic growth.However,to adapt to the new normal economic development in Henan,need to strengthen the dominant position of technological innovation,better play the role of government and the market in the allocation of technological innovation in the decisive role,to create public entrepreneurship,innovation and environmental policy environment.To achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,promote the transformation of economic development,improve the contribution of technological innovation to economic growth,for the construction of innovative Henan to provide strong technical support.Therefore,it is not only the practical significance to study the technological innovation of Henan Province,but also has great reference value for the rise of central China.Firstly,based on the theory of technological innovation and economic growth,this paper analyzes the process of technological innovation from exogenous to endogenous in economic growth theory.Secondly,from the interaction mechanism of technological innovation-driven economic growth,it is analyzed that technological innovation can not only drive economic growth through supply-process innovation and product innovation from supply and demand,but also can be produced by changing the combination of production factors The movement of the function to drive economic growth.Thirdly,from the empirical aspects of economic innovation driven by technological innovation in Henan Province,combined with the actual development of Henan Province,the data of 1990-2015 are collected and sorted out,and the contribution rate of technological innovation is calculated by Solow residual method.The annual contribution rate of technological innovation to economic growth in Henan Province from 1990 to 2015 is 37.08%,and the annual contribution rate of capital investment to economic growth is 49.69%.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and regional comparison with the six provinces in central China,it finds a series of problems in the process of economic innovation driven by technological innovation in Henan Province,and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the continuous improvement of technological innovation contribution rate.Innovations in this article: Elaborated the economic innovation mechanism and the driving mechanism of the economic innovation.The contribution rate of technological innovation to economic growth in Henan Province was measured,the regression model was established,and the contribution rate of technological innovation in the six provinces was compared.Found that the contribution rate of technological innovation in Henan Province in the central six provinces is relatively low,which makes Henan Province can find their own deficiencies,and the use of development opportunities,improve technological innovation,drive economic growth,to promote the rise of central China.
