Analysis On The Difference Of Economic Development Level In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's comprehensive national strength has been improved,the economy,society,people's livehood has been greatly improved,the GDP ranks second in the world in 2015.However,with the rapid development of China's economy,the gap between the rich and the poor,the imbalance of the social structure,the serious environmental pollution and other issues have become the focus of national attention.At present,China's economy into the“new normal”,Global trade downturn.In this situation,the research on the problem of the difference of the level of economic development is of practical significance.Northeast China is an important heavy industry base in China,which occupies an important strategic position in the whole country.Since the implementation of the old industrial base in Northeast China,Northeast China's economy has been greatly improved,and the total economy of the three northeastern provinces reached 5 trillion and 800 billion in 2015.In addition,the per capita GDP of Jilin province in 2015 was 51851.55 yuan,higher than the national average.However,the 2015,as the "12th Five-Year plan" last year,affected by the economic transformation of "waves" of the impact of the total economy in Northeast Heilongjiang,the overall decline in GDP growth in Liaoning ranked three,GDP growth was 3.41% in Jilin Province,the economic situation is not optimistic.As one of the most important provinces in Northeast China,the development of Jilin is related to the development of the whole region.However,under the influence of domestic and international economic situation,the situation of economic development in Northeast China is grim,and the economic development of Jilin province is also facing serious challenges,such as the low employment situation,urban and rural residents to increase the lack of motivation,single industrial structure,slow development of emerging industries,lack of enterprise innovation ability,serious brain drain and so on,which under the new economic development environment,it is difficult to adjust the industrial structure in time,get rid of the obstacles of the system and mechanism,and guide the trans regional flow of resources,to form the new development impetus.Therefore,how to promote the formation of regional efforts topromote the overall development of the regional economy has become the focus of this paper.In this paper,on the basis of the existing level of economic development,the corresponding economic development evaluation index system is constructed.And on this basis,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the level of economic development and regional differences in Jilin Province.First,the Theil index method is used to measure the difference of economic development in Jilin Province,and the Theil index decomposition method is used to analyze the difference of economic development in Jilin Province.Second,constructing the index system of economic development level,and using the principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive score.Third,the Markov probability transfer matrix is calculated by the comprehensive score,and the spatial distribution pattern and the type shift of the economic development level are analyzed.Fourth,according to the relevant conclusions,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the economic development of Jilin Province,to promote the optimization of industrial structure and to reduce the regional differences.In order to implement a new round of Northeast Revitalization Strategy,Jilin province should accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,adjust the proportion of economic structure increase the degree of opening up to the outside world,strengthen the cultivation of high income cities,promote the development of urbanization,narrow the differences in the county economy,and promote the coordinated development of the eastern,central and Western Regions.
