| In the human resource management of the commercial bank,a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is very important,which is not only related to the commercial bank management level,but also related to the survival and development of enterprises in the future,therefore,from this perspective,the perfect incentive mechanism can motivate the staffs’ working enthusiasm,and vice versa.Motivation mechanism is to stimulate employees’ working motivation,which is of great help for the development of banks.With a variety of effective ways to mobilize staff enthusiasm and creativity,the staff will complete the tasks and achieve the objectives of the organization.There is direct relations for the banks to make the incentive mechanism reasonable,which can have the power in the stability of commercial bank staff as well as having the impact of human resources input and output.The effect to form and retain the core competitiveness of commercial banks deeply affects the survival and development of enterprises.The incentive scale is very important in terms of human resources management,effective incentive must also be guaranteed by the evaluation system,fair performance evaluation to achieve the best effect of encouraging employees.In order to cope with the fierce market competition,commercial banks need to improve staff motivation and incentive mechanism to implement the strategic height.Based on motivation theories,the thesis is taking the Bank of Jilin Changchun Yatai Street Branch incentive mechanism as an example,trying to analyze the main problems existing in the branch incentive mechanism aspect,and the reasons for these problems at present.In addition,this article discusses the construction and optimization measures of incentive mechanism of this branch bank from the strategic target and the perspective of enterprise culture construction,as well as from the perspective of performance evaluation,post rank,internal optimization and elaborates the optimization strategy of incentive mechanism.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance;the second part is the relatedtheories and literature review.The main content of the third part is the incentive mechanism and the existing problems of the Bank of Jilin Changchun Yatai Street branch current situation.The part is also standing from the overall perspective to illustrate the branch of the incentive mechanism of the deficiencies,and further expounds the reasons for the failure of the branch of the incentive mechanism,like obsolete management ideas,especially for the lack of understanding of the incentive mechanism.Meanwhile,performance appraisal is not scientific and post grades are not perfect.In fourth and fifth part,the main contents are the main measures in the aspects of the branch optimization of the incentive mechanism,mainly adopting the broadband salary incentive management mode to optimize.In the meantime,two parts also pay great attention to the long-term incentive,and gradually optimizing the incentive mechanism of the internal and external environment.The last part is the conclusion,and it is the full text of the general summary and exposition. |
